We offer subscription based services that can be settled in monthly or in annual payments. During the checkout process the user can decide whether to purchase using fiat, or single payments using crypto. Customers residing in the European Union ("EU") may need to pay additional Value Added Tax ("VAT") as outlined in Council Directive (EU) 2017/2455 and Council Regulation (EU) 2017/2454, amending Directive 2006/112/EC and Directive 2009/132/EC, which are part of the broader legislative framework governing VAT in the EU. Similarly we collect additional VAT in compliance to the United States of America's ("USA") directives and regulations. Our Merchant of Record ("MoR") detects, collects, processes and forwards VAT payments in full compliance to beforementioned directives and regulations.
The client can cancel a running subscription at any time. Please use the Your Orders section to cancel subscriptions automatically and timely. We offer a 30 day refund period to first-time clients. During this initial period the client can request a refund at any time within this period and will receive the full paid amount back as soon as possible, usually within a day. In some cases the time of funds reappearing in your account may exceed this depending on various factors including payment methods used and the processing times of the involved financial institutions. When requesting Crypto refunds please ensure that you provide an address and any further necessary details correctly during the request. We are not responsible if the address required was false or the recipient's address can't process the requested token. If anything went wrong, please contact us through the contact form on the Site or through Whop and we will do whatever we can to assist you.
All materials, including but not limited to software, source codes, visuals, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, images, audio tracks, videos, music, and all other forms of intellectual property rights associated with QuantraAI, remain the exclusive property of QuantraAI. We grant users the permission to adapt or modify open-source codes shared by the official QuantraAI account on Tradingview, provided that QuantraAI is credited (@QuantraAI) upon their redistribution. These modifications are to be used strictly for non-commercial purposes, and if users decide to share their adapted versions, they must also be released as open-source to the TradingView community. Unauthorized reverse engineering or access to any closed-source scripts, whether they are available behind a paywall or not, is forbidden and constitutes a breach of our terms and conditions. It's important to note that, unless specifically stated within these Terms, users are forbidden from selling, licensing, renting, modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, transmitting, publicly displaying, adapting, editing, or creating derivative works from any QuantraAI materials without first securing written permission from us. Accessing QuantraAI's works does not confer any form of ownership rights over the materials in any capacity.
